HONOLULU, HI — September 28, 2016 – Scott Ingwers, Regional Vice President and Managing Director of Trump International Hotel Waikiki, has been named 2016-2017 Chairperson of the Hawai‘i Lodging and Tourism Association (HLTA). Ingwers has been an active member of the non-profit organization since 2001, which serves to represent lodging properties and businesses across the state.
“I am honored and humbled to serve as Chairperson for HLTA,” said Ingwers. “The organization has a long history of advocacy, education and support for Hawaii’s visitor economy. HLTA is a non-profit, statewide trade organization of lodging properties, lodging owners and management companies, suppliers, and related firms and individuals.
