The Hawaii Farm Bureau will be hosting the 54^th Annual Hawaii State Farm Fair at Kualoa Ranch on Saturday, July 9^th and Sunday, July 10^th.

We are currently seeking exhibitors for our “Buy Local, It Matters” Education Pavilion.  Exhibitors will be provided with a 10’x10’ booth space and a 6-foot table (more space and tables are available upon request).  We would like to encourage interactive, family-oriented activities as part of the displays.  Ag-related games or creative planting and identification projects are just some of the activities that could be incorporated.  Product samplings are also encouraged.  If you are interested in selling any products please call or email me directly for more details.

Dates:                  July 9-10, 2016

Times:                 Saturday, July 9^th (9 a.m. – 7 p.m.)

                                Sunday, July 10^th (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

Setup:                  Begins Friday, July 8^th (12 p.m. – 7 p.m.)

Breakdown:       Sunday, July 10^th at 5 p.m.

Location:              Kualoa Ranch, 49-560 Kamehameha Highway, Kaʻaʻawa, HI 96730
