Chamber Strengthens its Communications in Support of Members

HONOLULU (October 3, 2013) – The Chamber of Commerce Hawaii announces the appointment of Bianca Mordasini as its director of communications and marketing. She will be responsible for implementation and delivery of communication campaigns and materials in support of the Chamber’s approximately 1,000 member companies.

She previously worked at CARE Hawaii, Inc., a large behavioral health agency contracted by the State of Hawaii’s Department of Health, overseeing all communications, public relations and event planning. With more than five years of experience within the communications field, she has also worked at Anthology Marketing Group, in the firm’s public relations division of McNeil Wilson Communications, as well as the Hawaii State Legislature.

As the leading “Voice of Business” in Hawaii, the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii is the state’s largest organization advocating for businesses in Hawaii. Established in 1850, the Chamber works on behalf of its approximately 1,000 member companies and the business community, as a whole, to advance the state’s economic climate and help businesses succeed. The Chamber supports its members with training, business building and networking opportunities; lobbies government and advocates on behalf of business interests; and serves as a liaison between civilian and military communities in Hawaii.
