Vetans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) has joined forces with the Oahu Veterans Center (OVC) to make Thanksgiving Day special for Active Military and Veterans who otherwise might be spending the day without friends or away from home.
On Thursday, November 27, 2014, a “Koa Ohana Thanksgiving” event for veterans and their families will be hosted for those who have nowhere to go. Continental breakfast will be served at 8:00 am and a Thanksgiving meal with be served at 11:00 am. Approximately 250 veterans and their families will also get to enjoy Thanksgiving Day Football with two big screen TVs.

**Chamber members are encouraged to participate, preferably with donation of food supplies or door prizes/giveaways (company logo items are acceptable) or by volunteering time to help serve or “talk story” with the servicemen & women.
