Tucker is President of the Concierge Association of Hawaii and is a member of Les Clefs dāOr USA, the only national organization for hotel lobby concierges, and was recently recognized as Oahu Concierge Magazineās 2016 Concierge of the Year. Prior to joining Trump International Hotel Waikiki, Tucker most recently served at The MODERN Honolulu as Chef Concierge and Director of Guest Relations. He has more than 11 years of experience in the luxury hospitality field, working in various guest service and concierge roles.
