Urgent Care Hawaii introduced a new occupational medicine employer portal, which it says will eliminate paper trails, saving companies time and money.

The company said the new portal will give human resource departments web-based, 24/7 access to a ā€œconvenient and easy-to-use secure online system.ā€

The new portal will also feature email notifications when employee documentation is available for viewing.

ā€œOur new employer portal provides employers with immediate access to test results and allows them to communicate with our occupational medicine clinics in secured fashion,ā€ Donna Schmidt, chief executive officer of Urgent Care Hawaii, said in a statement. ā€œThis eliminates paperwork and improves efficiency.ā€

The company said it will offer free training seminars for the new portal every Wednesday from 9 to 11 a.m at its Pearl City location. Reservations are required.
