The Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), established in 2011, is a 501.c.3 non-profit organization dedicated to increasing sustainable homeownership, financial literacy education and economic opportunity for active military and veteran communities.

To help accomplish that mission, a “House-A-Vet” initiative was developed to renovate donated homes from lenders and award them mortgage-free to deserving military families.

In keeping with the “House-A-Vet” initiative, VAREP’s Honolulu Chapter established a Veteran’s Housing Fund to raise funds to contribute to home purchase costs of a vetted military family.

A VAREP Holiday Gala Fundraiser is planned for December 8, 2017 for Honolulu Chapter’s
Veterans Housing Fund. The opportunities to purchase Gala tickets and sponsor / donate to the event are available at www.varep.net/honolulu, and include:

  • Purchase tickets for $125 each
  • Purchase full table of 10 for $1,000 ($250 savings)
  • Gala Grand sponsor for $10,000
  • Gala Gold sponsor for $5,000
  • Casino Sponsor for $3,000
  • Table Sponsor for $1,000
  • Silent Auction Donations
  • Door Prize Donations
  • General Donations in any form or amount

Gala activities will include:

  • An exquisite meal
  • Casino tables: Roulette, Blackjack and Craps
  • Dancing and entertainment
  • Door prize drawings

Special room rates have also been negotiated with the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
