The Chamber of Commerce Hawaii Young Professionals (YP) program announced the selection of its fourth Mentor Hawaii Program cohort. The Mentor Hawaii program pairs 20 young professionals with top Hawaii executives for six months of one-on-one mentorship.
“Through the Young Professionals program, the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii is committed to strengthening the talent pipeline and supporting our state’s future leaders,” Sherry Menor-McNamara, Chamber of Commerce Hawaii President & CEO said. “We were so impressed with each member of our fourth Mentor Hawaii cohort, and I’m certain that participating in the Mentor Hawaii program will lead to their continued success.”

The YP program’s mentorship program structure, guidelines, suggested topics and best practices are designed to be tailored to each YP member’s specific goals and outcomes, while simultaneously learning valuable insights and lessons from the executives.
