The Chamber of Commerce Hawaii announces the hiring of two new staff members.

Katie Kaahanui has been named Education and Workforce Development Coordinator, responsible for facilitating communication between various industry and public partners through the Chamber’s Sector Partnership Initiative and strengthening the link between industry demands and resources available to young adults and college students entering the workforce. Kaahanui has more than 10 years of experience working with the YMCA of Honolulu and the UH System. Her degree in Justice Administration is from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu.

Tasi Yanger has been named administrative coordinator, responsible for providing support to Chamber departments, particularly events, Young Professionals and communications. Yanger is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa Shidler College of Business.
