David Morris

David Morris is a Legal and Regulatory Affairs Associate at Young Brothers where he is responsible for providing counsel and advice on a broad range of matters.  Previously, David worked as an attorney in private practice representing clients in the energy, communications, and public utilities sectors.  Prior to entering the practice of law, David worked in the information and communications technology sector, most recently as a Senior Manager with Hawaiian Telcom responsible for managing the company’s IT and Managed Service product lines.

David has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii Young Professionals program since 2016.  In addition to the serving on the Young Professionals steering committee as chair of the Exec Connect Committee, David is the Secretary of the Hawaii State Bar Association’s Environment, Energy, and Resources Section.  David is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and holds a JD from the University of Hawaii – William S. Richardson School of Law and a BSBA in Computer Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University.
