The Chamber’s is returning to Capitol Hill for its Hawaii on the Hill in Washington, D.C. for the third year in a row, June 7-8, 2016.

Participating organizations are required to pay for their own travel, F&B, accommodations, shipping and exhibition-related expenses. The Chamber will be the logistical liaison and provide onsite assistance.

SUPPORTER LEVEL
(Attending, not exhibiting at Taste of Hawaii)

  • $300 CoCH or Neighbor Island Chamber member
  • 500 non-member

Benefits:

  • Group rate at host hotel
  • Welcome reception for Hawaii on the Hill participants (2 people)
  • Talk Story with Senator Mazie Hirono (2 people)
  • Taste of Hawaii (2 people, no exhibit table)
  • Promotion of your company in Chamber social media and PR campaign as a participating company
  • Tour options (2 people): Capitol Hill, Pentagon, Library of Congress, National Archives, Washington Monument

AMBASSADOR LEVEL
(Attending, exhibiting at Taste of Hawaii)

  • $500 CoCH or Neighbor Island Chamber member
  • $700 non-member

Benefits:

  • Group rate at host hotel
  • Welcome reception for Hawaii on the Hill participants (2 people)
  • Talk Story with Senator Mazie Hirono and other Congressional members (2 people)
  • Exhibit table and two chairs at the Taste of Hawaii event (2 people)
  • Ground transportation of products from host hotel to Capitol Hill for Taste of Hawaii event
  • Promotion of your company in Chamber social media and PR campaign as a participating company
  • Tour options (2 people): Capitol Hill, Pentagon, Library of Congress, National Archives, Washington Monument

CONTRIBUTOR LEVEL
(Not attending, but providing products for Taste of Hawaii)

Organizations that would like to participate in the Taste of Hawaii by providing their goods, but are not able to send staff, have the option of shipping their goods and having it on display and available as part of a group of Hawaii products.

  • $600 CoCH or Neighbor Island Chamber member
  • $800 non-member

Benefits:

  • Exhibit table at the Taste of Hawaii event
  • Coordination support by the COCH team
  • Ground transportation of products from host  hotel to Capitol Hill for Taste of Hawaii event
  • COCH to set up table and replenish sampling items
  • Promotion of your company in Chamber social media and PR campaign as a participating company

POLICY LEVEL
(Attending, including Policy Summit, exhibiting at Taste of Hawaii)

  • $850 CoCH or Neighbor Island Chamber member
  • $1,500 non-member

Benefits (All Ambassador Level benefits, plus the following):

  • Attendance to all events (up to 6 people)
  • Attendance to Policy Summit (2 people)
  • Tour of the White House (2 people, based on availability)
  • Ad space on COCH website for a month

UNDERWRITER LEVEL
(Attending, including all events, plus others)

  • $3,000 CoCH or Neighbor Island Chamber member
  • $5,000 non-member

Benefits (All Ambassador and Policy Level benefits, plus the following):

  • Attendance to all events (up to 6 people)
  • Promotion as sponsor for Hawaii on the Hill
  • Tour of the White House (first priority, 2 people, based on availability)
  • Chamber of Commerce Leadership Dinner (2 people)
  • Included on Hawaii on the Hill sponsor banner at Chamber’s 2016 membership luncheon (800-1,000 in attendance)
