Kit Millan is responsible for asset management, property management and operations of A&B’s commercial real estate portfolio on the mainland and Hawaii. Prior to joining A&B, Millan was director of asset management for Kamehameha Schools (Bishop Estate) where he had full P&L responsibility for the organization’s $3.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio. Millan previously was a real estate consultant, an executive for a property management software firm and a portfolio director for AvalonBay Communities, the second largest multifamily REIT. He holds a master of business administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and is board president for The Early School.
