As Director of Member Programs, Randy leads the Chamber’s membership relations efforts and also works to build membership. Previously, as the founder of USA ac, an athletic program for youth in Hawaii, he was responsible for program development, implementation and recruiting. He has worked at Thyssenkrupp Elevator as an Account Manager and as the Principal Mortgage Loan Officer in Hawaii with Fouts Financial Inc., where he provided financial consultation and was responsible for developing customer and business relations.
In his leisure time, he serves as a Director and Coach for nationally renowned Slammers Futbol Club.
