Every January, the Chamber holds a week of programming that coincides with the opening of the Hawaii State Legislature. Events include a Walk Around the Capitol lobbying initiative, meetings with lawmakers and educational opportunities on policy issues that businesses face.

A 2-day Washington, D.C. fly-in that includes a Welcome Reception, Policy Summit and a Taste of Hawaii on the Hill, Capitol Hill’s most popular state showcase.
Held in partnership with U.S. Senator Mazie Hirono, this initiative, launched in 2014, has grown from 50 representatives from Hawaii businesses to over 150 participants representing more than 80 organizations.
