2nd Annual Introduction to Mindfulness Summer Institute
Explore evidence-based practices to cultivate awareness of both self and others,Ā encourages critical thinking, promotes emotional regulation, builds compassion, andĀ enhances overall well-being. The Council for Boys and Young Men Facilitator Training for Certification
This 2-day training, led by Jason Sole, focuses on how to effectively foster boysā€™ social emotionalĀ growth so they can be emotionally attuned, resilient and good, ethical youngĀ men. Looking for easy-to-make, delicious, and healthy recipe ideas for your family? Hone yourĀ skills using Kapiolani Community College’s Culinary Arts program kitchen from aĀ professional chef instructor. This workshop is great for parents and their children (14 andĀ older). Topics to be covered include the basics of cooking preparation, how to makeĀ healthy snacks and meals, and nutritional information.
