Exec Connects:  YPs have the opportunity to “talk story” over lunch with one of three participating senior executives of their choice. Execs share their personal stories of success and hardship and YPs have the opportunity to ask questions and seek career advice. Tables are limited to nine individuals per executive, allowing for more interaction and a more personal experience.

Professional Development Classes (PDC):  These monthly classes provide YPs with the opportunity to hear from some of Hawaii’s leading executives on a variety of subjects ranging from work and life balance to entrepreneurship and leadership. Limited to 30 attendees.
