Judy McDonald joined Palama Holdings LLC as its chief financial officer in 2009 and took on additional responsibilities as general manager of H&W Foodservice that same year. Following a 2013 promotion to president, Judy was named chief executive officer in 2015. She is responsible for the daily oversight and management of all operations relating to Palama Holdings’ two operating divisions: H&W Foodservice and May’s Hawaii.
McDonald boasts six (6) years as a dual CFO and CEO with focus on manufacturing and distribution. She has also led company strategy changes and implementation to improve efficiency in all departments/operations as well as its manufacturing process. Additionally, McDonald has more than 15+ years consulting businesses on process improvement, policies and procedures, management reporting and accounting in varying industries.

Richard Parry is President & CEO of Aloha Petroleum, Ltd. Parry has more than 40 years of experience in the petroleum industry in Hawaii, the U.S. Mainland and Australia. Parry joined Aloha Petroleum, Ltd. in 2008 as president and CEO and as a director of the company. Prior to this position, he was formerly president of Hawaii’s Mid Pac Petroleum and held a number of trading, supply, and marketing positions with Tesoro, BHP and BP.

Shaen Tarter is President & CEO of Air Service Hawaii, Inc., which began as a crop dusting operation on the Hawaiian Islands shortly after World War II, now includes six locations in Honolulu, Hilo, Kahului, Kona, Lanai and Lihue. Tarter has extensive experience in Fixed Base Operation (“FBO”) Management/Marketing and Commercial Aviation Refueling. He is currently leading one of Hawaii’s locally owned and operated Fixed Base Operation (Air Service Hawaii) and has extensive expertise in marine bulk petroleum supply, transportation and distribution.
