“The 2030 Blueprint for Hawaii is more than a vision. It is a call to action for our entire community,” says Sherry Menor, President and CEO at the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii. “Through the 2030 Blueprint Live series, we’re bringing this roadmap to life by engaging business leaders, policymakers, and the broader community in conversations that address the cost of doing business and the infrastructure investments needed for long-term growth. By spotlighting energy for our inaugural event, we’re advancing practical solutions that enhance affordability, reliability, and economic competitiveness for Hawaii.”

Designed specifically for business leaders, 2030 Blueprint Live: Powering Hawaii’s Future will underscore the importance of private-sector engagement in shaping responsible energy policy and infrastructure investment. Participants will gain valuable insights into Hawaii’s evolving energy landscape, the economic case for grid modernization, and opportunities for the business community to play a leadership role in advancing policies and projects that move the state forward.

The 2030 Blueprint for Hawaii is a data-driven roadmap designed to improve the state’s business climate and economic prosperity. This event aligns with the Blueprint’s Economic Action Policy Committee, which focuses on advancing policies that reduce the cost of doing business, encourage private-sector investment, and strengthen critical infrastructure. By addressing energy affordability, reliability, and the integration of renewable and transitional resources, the discussion will highlight practical solutions that support both economic growth and environmental sustainability.
