A community of young business professionals, ages 21-39, in Hawaii with the mission to enrich our local community by uniting and developing our young professionals with a mission to empower young professionals as stewards of the business community through professional development while enhancing personal networks to foster Hawaii’s current and future business leaders.
About the Program
Hawaii’s largest group of young professionals.
Established by the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii in 2011, the Young Professionals Program includes over 400 members from across the state who are career-oriented and committed to making Hawaii the best place to work and play, and committed to helping the next generation be better.
With membership rates ranging from $50 to $150, members elevate their professional skills while enhancing their personal network. Local organizations, business communities and professionals from a wide range of industries depend on the YP Program to prepare the next generation of business leaders.

Join the young professionals for a night of glitz and glamour at our annual holiday party. Step into the roaring twenties for a night while networking with fellow members of Hawaii’s dynamic business community.
Over 60 volunteers contribute over 4,000 hours annually totalling an investment back to the community of $1,000,000
YP Members awarded Pacific Business News’ Forty Under 40 Award and countless others have been recognized as PBN Women Who Mean Business, Hawaii Business Magazine 20 for the Next 20 and Pacific Edge Magazine Business Achievement honorees.
