Press Release: Creative Industries Employer Meet & Greet Set for June 30 at Entrepreneur’s Sandbox

HONOLULU, HI – The Chamber of Commerce Hawaii’s Sector Partnerships, in partnership with Good Jobs Hawaii, the University of Hawaii Community Colleges, and the Creative Industries Division of DBEDT, will host the Creative Industries Employer Meet & Greet on Monday, June 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Entrepreneur’s Sandbox.
The event will feature a 30-minute panel moderated by Thomas Chock, with panelists from across Hawaii’s creative economy and leaders from industry, education, and workforce development. The discussion will explore key trends, career pathways, and opportunities, as well as challenges and growth areas including AI, emerging technologies, workforce needs, policy, and entrepreneurship.

This gathering is designed as a networking and industry exchange, not a traditional job fair, with the goal of strengthening connections across Hawaii’s creative economy and supporting workforce pathways developed through the three-year Good Jobs Hawaii program and the Creative Industries Sector Partnership.
