HONOLULU, HI – The Chamber of Commerce Hawaii will bring business and community leaders together from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24, at Central Pacific Bank’s Oceans 20 Conference Room for its next Coffee Talks seminar, “Leading with Aloha,” presented by Navian Hawaii. 

The morning session will explore how values such as respect, empathy and service can help leaders build trust, strengthen relationships, and create more positive, resilient workplaces. 

Featured speakers Kuulani Keohokalole, founder and CEO of People Strategies Hawaii, and Manasseh “Nass” Santos, director of Hawaiian Trades Academy at Hawaiian Council, will share their perspectives on how leading with aloha can foster collaboration and people-first cultures in today’s workplace. The discussion will be moderated by Mea Aloha Spady, executive director of The Kupaa Network. 

Keohokalole brings experience in organizational culture, leadership, psychological safety and Hawaiian and indigenous values through her work with organizations across sectors. Santos leads workforce development efforts through the Hawaiian Trades Academy, focused on expanding access to training, certifications and career opportunities across the pae aina. 

The program will run from 9 to 10 a.m., followed by networking until 10:30 a.m. Registration includes coffee and pastries from 1132 Cafe & Catering.
