Why do you want to become a mentor in this program?
I love supporting emerging leaders who are finding their path and building meaningful careers in Hawaiʻi. Mentorship has played a big role in my own journey, and I’m excited to pay that forward.

What specific skills, knowledge or experience can you share with your mentee?
I can share experience from building and growing a mission-driven organization, working with entrepreneurs, and navigating leadership in Hawaiʻi’s business community. I’m especially happy to talk through strategy, “outside of the box” thinking, partnerships, and career growth.

What are your expectations for a mentor-mentee relationship?
I hope for an open, honest relationship where we can have real conversations and learn from each other. Curiosity, communication, and follow-through are important to me.

How do you approach problem-solving and conflict resolution?
I try to approach challenges with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset. I believe the best outcomes come from listening first, asking good questions, and working through things together.

How do you envision success for your mentee, and how will you measure it during the program?
I’d consider it a success if my mentee feels more confident, clear on their goals, and supported in taking next steps. Growth, reflection, and forward momentum matter most to me.
