About Elisia

Elisia Flores is the CEO of L&L Franchise, Inc. which has over 230 L&L Hawaiian Barbecue restaurants across the country and in Japan. She is responsible for setting the strategic vision of the company and driving new growth initiatives. She has been instrumental in developing key partnerships, strengthening the brand across markets and implementing national revenue generating programs for the franchises. Ms. Flores serves on the public company board of Hawaiian Electric Industries (NYSE: HE) and many other non-profit boards in the Hawaii community.

What are your expectations for a mentor-mentee relationship?
I hope the mentee will be someone who can help manage the relationship and be an equal partner in it.

How do you approach problem-solving and conflict resolution?
Through relationships and trying to understand the full picture.

How do you envision success for your mentee, and how will you measure it during the program?
A sense that I have made an impact in one of the mentee’s goals.
