KHON2 News: 10 ways to conserve energy, lower cost of utilities

HONOLULU (KHON2) — The price tag that comes with living in Hawaii is unmatched, especially when it comes to utilities.

No matter what Island you may live on, the utility costs tend to be higher than what most on the mainland are used to.

The Hawaii Chamber of Commerce will host an event called 2030 Blueprint Live: Powering Hawaii’s Future, which highlights energy as a critical component of the state’s long-term economic competitiveness and resilience and saving on energy costs in Hawaii.
