Lisa Truong Kracher brings nearly 25 years of business development, process excellence, customer service, and sales experience to Staffing Solutions of Hawaii, Inc. (SSOH) and Na Kahu Malama Nurses, Inc. (NKMN). With her unparalleled passion for improving business operations and ability to develop an energized, customer-focused team, Lisa is considered a fearless leader in the workplace.

Since 2009, she has upheld SSOH’s 30-year history as a leading locally owned staffing firm in Hawaii by training her team to exceed client’s expectations with integrity and quality work ethics. On July 29, 2019, Lisa acquired Na Kahu Malama Nurses (NKMN), Hawaii’s Joint Commission certified leader in health care staffing and travel nursing for over 40 years. She has always had a passion for health care and offers professional office as well as health care staffing services throughout the state of Hawaii as well as to the mainland for commercial, state, and federal organizations.

On October 1, 2021, SSOH & NKMN were acquired by Array Corporation (Array). Lisa maintains her role as President of SSOH & NKMN and serves as Vice President of Array. Now companies of Array, SSOH & NKMN will now have access to Silicon Valley developed software, technology, process, and infrastructure. Technology-enabled Workforce Solutions is the future of labor and Lisa is excited to be at the epicenter of the revolution. She looks forward to creating alternative pathways for Hawaii’s Kamaʻāina to break out of being stuck in a job and onto a career track.

A servant-style leader, Lisa is a dedicated advocate for women, young professionals and giving back to the community through her expert knowledge and skills. In 2012, Lisa was recognized as one of Pacific Business News’ Forty Under 40 which honors up-and-coming business leaders in Hawaii. She received the Small Business Association Women in Business Champion of the Year award in 2014 and has joined the ranks of Pacific Business News’ Top 25 Women Owned Businesses three years in a row (2012 – 2014). In 2019, Lisa was elected a finalist for Pacific Edge Magazine’s Business Achievement Awards in the Businesswoman of the Year category and was elected an honoree for the Pacific Business News Business Leadership Hawaii awards in the Small Business category.

An active member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Hawaii, Lisa served on the Board of Directors from 2011 – 2016. She returned in 2019 and served as the Chair on the Executive Professionals committee. Lisa also served on the YWCA Advisory Board for the Patsy T. Mink Center for Business & Leadership from 2014 – 2016. Lisa currently serves as a Board of Director on the Arthritis Foundation Committee and Oahu Workforce Development Board.

Lisa’s credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis on Health Care Management (HCM). Her spare time is devoted to creating memories with her family and friends, fine dining, and shopping.
