Engineering Posters

Chamber of Commerce Hawaii created the Engineering Posters project to inspire students to become engineers.  In response to Hawaii’s engineering shortage, the goal is to showcase alumni from every public high school who are now employed engineers. These posters highlight their career journeys and inspire students across elementary, middle, and high schools to see themselves in engineering pathways. By featuring local role models, we aim to spark interest, build connections, and strengthen Hawaii’s future engineering workforce.
